Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional in the Community. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing companionship and care to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful relationships with clients, providing emotional support and companionship during morning visits.
  • Assist with light household tasks and meal preparations to create a welcoming home atmosphere.
  • Help clients relax and prepare for the day ahead, promoting their physical and mental well-being.
  • Engage in enjoyable activities with clients, such as reading, games, or outings, to stimulate their minds and spirits.
  • Maintain open and regular communication with clients and their families to ensure their needs are met and they receive the best possible care.

Requirements

  • No previous experience required; we provide a comprehensive induction assessment and ongoing training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
  • Availability of reliable transportation for home visits, outings, and other activities.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and time management abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and support.
  • Inherent caring and friendly nature, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Must be a UK resident with a full UK driving license and own transportation.
  • Must be 18+ years old.
