As a Community Based Adult Nurse, you will work closely with our clients and their families to provide personalized care and support, enabling them to achieve their goals and live independently.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Adult Nurse with a minimum of 12 months of UK-based experience. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including those with complex care needs, and develop your skills in areas such as ventilation, humidification, and medication administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Work closely with clients and their families to develop personalized care plans
  • Administer medication and provide medical interventions as required
  • Monitor and maintain client records and reports
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
