Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Professional to join our team as a Morning Care Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing companionship and care to our clients during morning visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with clients, offering emotional support and companionship during morning visits.
- Assist with light household tasks and meal preparations to create a welcoming home atmosphere.
- Help clients relax and prepare for the day ahead, promoting independence and well-being.
- Engage in enjoyable activities with clients, such as reading, games, or community outings.
- Maintain open and regular communication with clients and their families to ensure top-tier care and peace of mind.
Requirements
- No previous experience required; comprehensive in-house induction assessment and ongoing training will be provided.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Availability of reliable transportation for home visits, outings, grocery shopping, and errands.
- Exceptional organisational skills and time management abilities.
- Inherent caring and friendly nature, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Must be a UK resident with a full UK driving license and your own transportation.
- Must be 18+.
