Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Professional to join our team as a Morning Care Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with clients, providing companionship and care during morning visits.
- Assist with light household tasks and meal preparations to create a welcoming home atmosphere.
- Help clients relax and prepare for the day ahead, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Engage in enjoyable activities with clients, such as reading, games, or community outings.
- Maintain open and regular communication with clients and their families to ensure their needs are met and they receive the best possible care.
Requirements
- No previous experience required; we provide a comprehensive induction assessment and ongoing training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Availability of reliable transportation for home visits, outings, and errands.
- Exceptional organisational skills and time management abilities.
- Inherent caring and friendly nature, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Must be a UK resident with a full UK driving license and your own transportation.
- Must be 18+ years old.
