About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead Fareham & Gosport. As a Morning Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and promoting independence for our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build meaningful connections with our clients, offering companionship and care during morning visits.
  • Create a welcoming home atmosphere by assisting with light household tasks and meal preparations.
  • Help clients relax and prepare for the day ahead.
  • Engage in enjoyable activities like reading, games, or even accessing the community.
  • Maintain open and regular communication with clients and their families to provide top-tier care and peace of mind.
Requirements
  • No previous experience required; thorough in-house induction assessment and ongoing training will be provided.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Availability of reliable transportation for home visits, outings, grocery shopping, and errands.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and time management abilities.
  • Inherent caring and friendly nature, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Must be a UK resident with a full UK driving license and your own transportation.
  • Must be 18+.
