About Home Instead Fareham & Gosport

We're a leading provider of home care services, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our clients. As a Care Professional with Home Instead, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and companionship they need to live independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with medication management
  • Provide home help, ensuring clients' living spaces are tidy and comfortable
  • Offer companionship, engaging clients in activities such as crafts and outings
  • Support clients with personal care, promoting their independence and dignity
  • Help clients maintain a balanced diet and healthy fluid intake
Requirements
  • No prior experience necessary - we provide comprehensive training
  • Strong written and spoken English skills
  • Reliable transportation for home visits and outings
  • Exceptional organisational skills and time management abilities
  • Inherent caring and friendly nature, with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Must be a UK resident with a full UK driving license and own transportation
  • Must be 18+
