About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Coordinator to join our team at Kate+Co. As a key member of our Sustainability Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization's environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives are implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Energy Management System Development: Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of an energy management system to reduce our environmental footprint.
  • Environmental Audits and Investigations: Conduct internal environmental audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Document Control: Lead on departmental document control, ensuring all relevant documents are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
  • Legislative Compliance: Maintain the company's legal register for sustainability, energy, and environmental legislation, ensuring we stay up-to-date with the latest regulations.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Responsible for monthly and annual energy and carbon reporting, as well as participating in and presenting to internal and external sustainability working groups.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A degree in an environmental discipline and experience in a sustainability or environmental role is essential.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience of working with both ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 is desirable, as well as knowledge of sustainability, energy, and environmental legislation.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Full UK driving license and experience of environmental monitoring and auditing.
