About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Helpdesk Specialist to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our Helpdesk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance management system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Helpdesk Management: Take overall responsibility for the Helpdesk solutions, ensuring all KPIs are achieved and driving improvements with the team and subcontractors.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the Maintenance Management system, providing technical guidance and support to the team.
  • Contract Management: Mobilise Facility Management contracts, including asset build, drawings, maintenance plans, contractor scopes of work, and client reporting requirements.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships and good management practices with all alliance partners and subcontractors.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a thorough understanding of best Health & Safety practices to prevent injury and damage in a live industrial environment.
  • Client Management: Ensure client needs are met by adopting an appropriate profile with all clients.
  • Business Development: Assist team members in the development and delivery of new business proposals, and enhance existing contracts by selling added benefits to clients.
  • Performance Management: Develop, implement, and monitor performance against output targets.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to all company procedures and maintain quality standards, developing new procedures as required.
  • Culture Development: Support the cultivation of a Performance-Based Culture within the organisation.
