We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Helpdesk Advisor to join our team in Belfast. As a Helpdesk Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to incoming calls and emails in line with our service level agreements.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and communicating effectively with maintenance teams.
  • Monitoring and reporting on maintenance performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing remedial actions to ensure timely task completion.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong customer service skills, experience in facilities management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. You will also need to be proactive, work independently, and be able to meet deadlines in a target-driven environment.
