We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Events Manager. As an Events Manager, you will be responsible for leading the project delivery of global events, including internal comms events, exhibitions, product launches, conferences, and other projects that often have a large production element.
Key Responsibilities- Client and stakeholder relationship management
- Full end-to-end project management of global events
- Working with team for managing elements of events including delegate registration, accommodation, travel, and/or logistics
- Managing internal team project input including design, compliance, and production
- Taking initial briefs from the client and pitching concepts directly back
- Sourcing suppliers/venues and negotiating rates
- Ensuring full compliance with the company's policies and external pharmaceutical standards (EFPIA/ABPI Code and the Physician Payments Sunshine Act)
- Managing internal and external supplier relationships
- Preparing delegate packs and badges
- Onsite or virtual project delivery
- Budget management, important cashflow, and reconciliation
- Post-event reporting including ROI and feedback surveys
- Organized and self-motivated individual
- Must be willing to travel occasionally
- Passion for events
- Minimum of 3 years in M&IT
- Ideally based in Herts/Beds/Bucks
