About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Commissioning Development Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our integrated care system, contributing to the design and delivery of our whole-system model of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of primary care improvement initiatives across Bromley.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, senior clinical leaders, and the public to drive transformation and improvement in healthcare services.
  • Analyse data and information to develop insights and inform decision-making.
  • Develop and produce effective communications for a range of audiences, including GP practices, health and care providers, and the public.
  • Lead the implementation of projects and coordinate complex requests on behalf of the team.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate diploma level or equivalent level of experience in a specialist area.
  • Demonstrated experience of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse complex problems, interpret and present data, and understand complex financial issues.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
