Reporting to the UK Country Manager, the Sales Manager will play a key role in driving business growth by working closely with customers and developing new business opportunities. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Generating and developing new business with new and existing customers
  • Providing sales support to the overall sales team
  • Assisting with customer account management and back-office functions
  • Supporting the sales team with promotions and general marketing campaigns
  • Maintaining the company's CRM system, ensuring all enquiries, offers, and projects are logged and followed up on in a timely manner
  • Assisting with order processing and progressing
  • Performing light warehouse duties

Requirements:

  • Technician or graduate engineer (Electrical engineering or mechanical engineering) or comparable education
  • Keen sales experience
  • Good basic knowledge of electrical engineering
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of an ERP system desirable
