At Smith+Nephew, we're committed to delivering innovative solutions that transform lives. As a Corporate Account Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving sustainable growth across our established markets in Europe and Asia/Pacific.

Our Corporate Account Management (CAM) Team is a key driver of our business, collaborating with strategic accounts such as the NHS and private hospital groups in the independent sector. You'll manage senior customer relationships, capture business opportunities, and develop corporate account plans to analyse key decision-makers and evaluate sales potential and contractual opportunities.

Working closely with our Business Unit (BU) Directors and functional leaders, you'll develop positive relationships with clinical and procurement leaders to maintain and promote sales performance and understand our customer's needs and priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing corporate account plans to drive business growth
  • Managing senior customer relationships and building strong partnerships
  • Analysing key decision-makers and evaluating sales potential and contractual opportunities
  • Working with BU Directors to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Collaborating with functional leaders to understand customer needs and priorities

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a degree and 5-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or commercial management, ideally in the medical devices industry. You'll be based nationally, with regular travel to customers in London and our Watford office.
