Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Director to join our team at Givemecosmetics. As a key member of our digital trading team, you will be responsible for designing and developing online trading strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute online trading strategies to accelerate performance across selling channels, including website, TikTok Shop, and Amazon.
- Collaborate with the wider team to understand product offerings, pricing strategies, and product upload processes.
- Manage on-site activity to optimize conversion, sales, and gross profit.
- Research market trends and technologies to improve website performance.
- Analyze data to deliver data-driven strategies to drive performance.
- Develop a trading calendar and oversee implementation and analysis to improve future trade and eCom plans.
- Regularly report on performance and identify opportunities to drive performance.
- Collaborate with performance and marketing teams to optimize traffic quality and experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in online retail, preferably with experience in TikTok Shop and Amazon.
- Strong strategy and planning skills, with the ability to demonstrate intelligent and outside-the-box approaches.
