**Job Summary**

SG Aviation Services is seeking a highly skilled Crew Resource Optimiser to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and delivery of crew training plans, production of efficient, compliant, and robust crew rosters, and management of crew leave schemes across the entire airline network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of crew training plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce efficient and effective crew rosters, taking into account factors such as crew availability, flight schedules, and operational requirements.
  • Manage crew leave schemes, ensuring that leave requests are processed in a timely and efficient manner, and that crew members are aware of their leave balances and entitlements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to crew members, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including pilots, cabin crew, and management teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve crew resource optimisation processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High degree of flexibility, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • General interest in aviation, with a desire to learn and develop skills in this field.
  • Understanding of FTL and Training Requirements is desirable but not essential.
  • Operational experience of working on crew training requirements is desirable but not essential.
  • Good working knowledge of aviation computer system applications is desirable but not essential.
