Job Title: Visual Merchandising and Marketing Specialist

We are thrilled to present a remarkable opportunity to become a part of our dynamic team.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director and the Visual Merchandising Manager to enhance sales and growth across Crew Clothing's retail locations through innovative marketing initiatives and visual presentation strategies. We are looking for a proactive candidate with outstanding organizational capabilities and a readiness to embrace challenges. Experience in developing licensed merchandise and engaging in sports sponsorships would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Visual Merchandising Manager to ensure the visual merchandising strategy is profitable for Crew Clothing outlets.
  • Oversee the comprehensive execution of marketing campaigns across outlet locations.
  • Develop and implement a social media calendar for outlet promotions.
  • Support the realization of brand initiatives within Crew Clothing stores.
  • Lead the execution of Crew Clothing's sponsorship with Team GB.
  • Plan and coordinate brand marketing activations for major events, including the Winter Olympics.
  • Implement strategies for new store openings under the Crew Clothing brand.
  • Create and distribute social calendars to maximize visibility for promotional activities.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales through effective visual presentations.
  • Strong creative skills coupled with commercial insight.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
  • Capability to foster strong relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to engage in innovative projects.
