Medical Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrator to join our team at Alnwick Medical Group.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
- Provide administrative support to clinical staff, including preparing and sending correspondence, and managing schedules.
- Process and manage medical records, including scanning, coding, and filing.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, colleagues, and external agencies.
- Contribute to the effective functioning of the administration team, including covering other departments as needed.
- GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- NVQ (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency in SystmOne or other clinical systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
