About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Administrator to join our team at Alnwick Medical Group. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing excellent administrative support to our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our healthcare services, including scanning and coding patient records.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient information.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with our clinical teams and external agencies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws and confidentiality agreements.

Requirements

  • GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  • NVQ (or equivalent) in Administration or a related field.
  • Basic IT skills, including experience with medical records systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work calmly and methodically under pressure.
