About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Skills Facilitator to join our clinical education team at Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People. As a Clinical Skills Facilitator, you will play a vital role in providing development opportunities to our clinical staff, focusing on ventilation and respiratory support.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and deliver training on clinical skills to the Care Team, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and competencies to provide high-quality care to our patients.
- Develop and implement relevant education and training agendas, resources, and programs to support the clinical staff's professional development.
- Provide effective support and guidance to the Care Team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the clinical education team to develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our patients and staff.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse or qualified Physiotherapist with experience of complex respiratory support and invasive ventilation skills.
- Managerial, organisational, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff members.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the clinical education team and other stakeholders.
