Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Coaching and Mentoring Professional to join our team at Babington. As a key member of our education and training team, you will play a vital role in supporting learners to achieve their learning goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver coaching and mentoring programs to support learners in achieving their learning objectives.
  • Work closely with learners and employers to understand their needs and develop tailored learning plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to learners to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new learning programs and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications in education, training, or a related field.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
