We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to cultivate a robust sales pipeline with our ideal target clients through strategic outbound prospecting. This position will report to the Team Manager of Account Management.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with some of the most prominent brands globally
  • Enhancing renewal rates
  • Managing user relationships to ensure engagement and product adoption, aiming to surpass commercial objectives
  • Identifying and spearheading up-sell opportunities to stimulate new business growth through increased advocacy and reference-ability
  • Influencing future lifetime value through improved product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall engagement

This role is ideal for someone who possesses:

  • Fluency in French
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management in customer-facing roles (preferably in SaaS)
  • Experience working with Enterprise accounts
  • A strong grasp of the digital marketing landscape
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to influence, confidently address objections, and resolve customer challenges
  • Experience in direct client sales and/or account management, with a proven track record in managing consultative sales processes within large, complex organizations
  • Experience presenting to and engaging with senior management of prospective organizations
  • A deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • A collaborative spirit, capable of effectively interacting with colleagues and business partners across the organization.
