About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Midwife to join our team at Cabrini Health, a leading healthcare provider in Melbourne's south east. As a midwife, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the education and professional development of our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered care to achieve high-quality clinical outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with a team of midwives and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Midwife and/or as a Registered Nurse
  • Bachelor of Nursing Degree (for sponsorship purposes)
  • 2+ years of relevant clinical experience (essential for 482 Visa Sponsorship)
  • Excellent customer service focus and communication skills
  • Commitment to quality patient care and outcomes
  • Ability to work within the Mission and Values of Cabrini Health
