About the Role

We are seeking experienced Registered Midwives to join our team at Cabrini Health, a leading healthcare provider in Melbourne's south east.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care and achieve excellent clinical outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with a team of midwives and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Participate in a continuous learning environment and contribute to the education and development of junior staff
  • Provide patient-centered care and support to women and their families during pregnancy, childbirth, and postnatal periods
Requirements
  • Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Midwife and/or as a Registered Nurse
  • Bachelor of Nursing Degree (for sponsorship purposes)
  • 2+ years of relevant clinical experience (essential for 482 Visa Sponsorship)
  • Excellent customer service focus and communication skills
  • Commitment to quality patient care and outcomes
  • Ability to work within the Mission and Values of Cabrini Health
  • Enthusiasm for participation in a team environment
  • Relevant Foetal Surveillance Education Program (FSEP) certification
