About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team at TeamJobs. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while handling daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Accurately process sales orders, ensuring all details are correct and deadlines are met.
- Email Management: Monitor and respond to emails daily, ensuring professionalism and accuracy using tools like Grammarly.
- Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product and service information.
- Outbound Calls: Contact customers to discuss quotations, follow up on orders, or provide aftercare.
- Task Management: Manage daily tasks, and communicate with supervisors if deadlines cannot be met.
- Reporting: Log customer feedback and issues on the system to ensure an audit trail.
- Phone Availability: Be available for calls between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, answering within two rings.
- Upselling: Recommend additional products at the end of every order.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Team to update product information and the Warehouse Team to ensure correct order dispatch.
- Out of Office: Notify colleagues and set out-of-office replies when on leave.
- Communication: Maintain timely communication with your line manager through meetings and emails.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum GCSE qualifications including Maths and English (essential).
- Previous experience in customer service or sales administration is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook is required.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
