Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading global lottery industry provider, is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the Customer Service/Account Manager team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Contact retailers within assigned call lists to develop strong working relationships and provide information about new and existing games and promotions.
- Ensure accurate order input on internal systems for timely dispatch.
- Maintain required call levels in a fast-paced environment and provide regular feedback to management.
- Handle incoming calls from retailers, resolving problems or questions related to orders, promotions, and order status/tracking.
- 2 years' experience in customer service-related or account management roles.
- Advanced understanding of telephone sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good computer skills, including MS Office applications.
- Positive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work as a team.
