Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Clinical Leads and Subject Matter Experts to conduct thorough analyses of business and user requirements.
  • Document and articulate requirements for business solutions tailored to primary care and outpatient environments.
  • Assess existing departmental processes and recommend enhancements to optimize the utilization of business systems, thereby improving productivity and accuracy.
  • Engage in training sessions and workshops to develop personal expertise and effectively share knowledge with clinical and administrative personnel regarding best practices and documentation standards.
  • Analyze data, trends, and specifications across primary care and outpatient facilities.
  • Work closely with the EHR Technical Lead and other stakeholders to validate findings and ensure proposed solutions prioritize patient needs and best practices.
  • Coordinate with the Technical Change Lead to implement departmental systems, including workflow analysis and benchmark establishment.
  • Collaborate with various workstreams to facilitate the planning, design, and development of the new EHR system, identifying opportunities for process automation.
  • Maintain proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the availability of current and comprehensive information for end users.
  • Assist in identifying and assessing integration needs with other systems to ensure they are appropriate and effective.
  • Participate in the planning, testing, and validation of data pathways prior to the live implementation of the EHR system.
  • Continuously explore innovative ideas and technological advancements to enhance existing systems and processes.

Position Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Certification or relevant experience in technological change implementation and/or business analysis.
  • Experience in defining or mapping requirements for digital health projects.
  • Proficient in key applications such as Visio, Excel, and MS Teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends for process improvement.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on reviewing documentation and process maps.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, agile team environment.
  • A proactive learner with a commitment to personal and professional development.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in clinical pathway analysis and redesign.
  • Previous involvement in Electronic Health Record implementation projects in a business analyst or operational role.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to Agile project environments.
