Job Summary:

Hunter Bond is seeking a highly skilled Investment Operations Associate to join our team. As an Investment Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the investment business by ensuring the smooth operation of our investment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation of custody holdings and cash across multiple funds to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collateral Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve daily collateral disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Transaction Processing: Ensure the delivery and receipt of collateral transactions are actioned and settled on time.
  • Project Support: Support global investment initiatives through active participation in projects, development, and implementation of new initiatives, process reviews, and/or system enhancements.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide excellent product knowledge and support a variety of tasks related to investment operations.

Requirements:

  • Product Knowledge: Strong product knowledge on TRS, IRS & XCCY IRS, Credit, Cash, FX (Options, Forwards, and NDFs), Futures.
  • Collateral Operations: Strong background in Collateral Operations is a MUST - OTC, ETD, Central clearing, UMR & Non-UMR, and Bilateral Margining.
  • Trade Management: Experience in Trade management.
  • System Experience: Experience in having used applications such as Charles River, APEX, and Arcadia desirable.
  • Investment Operations: Experience in investment/mutual fund operations.
  • Background: Could consider from the Sell-side looking to move to the buyside.
