Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and sales-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team in our Vodafone Banbury Partner store. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, understand their needs, build trust and create a personal experience to be remembered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build relationships with customers and understand their needs to provide personalized solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • Level-headed and mature mindset with enthusiasm, energy, and drive.
  • Ability to commit to some weekend work as well as weekdays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
