Evolve Selection Ltd is collaborating with a prominent supermarket pharmacy chain that operates numerous locations throughout the UK.

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Operations Manager to oversee one of their branches. This role offers a permanent position with the opportunity to work full-time, ideally 36 hours per week across 5 days. Alternatively, a part-time option of 30 hours over 4 days may be considered, with a requirement to work 1 in 4 Saturdays.

The pharmacy operates Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm and Sunday from 10am to 4pm, necessitating flexibility for early and late shifts. Please note that Sunday shifts are not required.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from £44,990 to £61,861, translating to an hourly rate of £24.03 to £33.05, contingent on experience.
