About the Role

McGregor Boyall is seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Sourcing Partner to join their team on a contract basis. As a key member of the talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers and HR to manage the talent sourcing process across EMEAA.
  • Own the delivery of the talent candidate pipeline.
  • Build a strong network of candidates.
  • Conduct screening and engagements with candidates.
  • Provide feedback to key stakeholders across EMEA.
  • Be involved in continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of sourcing and on-site recruitment experience, ideally within banking.
  • Expert knowledge of resourcing models.
  • Experience within professional services, ideally larger organizations.
  • Highly organized.
  • Experience with end-to-end sourcing tools.
  • Expert knowledge on sourcing via social media channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
