Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at SmartPro, a specialist permanent recruitment business with a team of Talent Specialists offering permanent recruitment solutions across the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of permanent recruitment processes, possess exceptional communication skills, and be able to confidently deal with key stakeholders. They will also have a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for permanent positions within professional services.
  • Utilise existing networks and develop new relationships to expand client and candidate databases.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess suitability for roles.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level stakeholders, including hiring managers and decision-makers.
  • Actively contribute to team targets and objectives, while also demonstrating individual initiative and drive.
