Fairmead Managed Services LTD is seeking a seasoned Finishing Manager to oversee the final stages of a high-profile new build college project in Cambridge. As a key member of our client's team, you will be responsible for driving the project to completion with a focus on delivering exceptional quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the project team to ensure timely completion and high-quality finishes.
  2. Conduct thorough site inspections to verify that all work meets project specifications and client expectations.
  3. Coordinate with subcontractors and trades to maintain a smooth workflow and efficient project delivery.
  4. Identify and resolve any issues or defects promptly to prevent delays.
Requirements:
  1. SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
  2. CSCS card.
  3. Proven experience in new build or refurbishment projects within the education or commercial sectors.
  4. Ability to work on site 6 to 7 days a week until the end of the contract.
Desirable Skills and Attributes:
  1. Strong leadership and management skills.
