Job Title: Dry Finishing Supervisor

Bennett Construction is seeking a highly skilled Dry Finishing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the dry finishing process on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of dry finishing trade sub-contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Ensure high-quality finishes are achieved through effective quality control measures
  • Liaise with site managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate dry finishing activities
  • Monitor and control costs associated with dry finishing operations
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in dry finishing management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
