Job Title: Dry Finishing Supervisor

Bennett Construction is seeking a highly skilled Dry Finishing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the dry finishing process on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of dry finishing trade sub-contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with site managers, senior engineers, quantity surveyors, purchasing managers, quality and environmental managers, site clerks, and health and safety officers to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Compile labor allocation sheets for Bennett Direct labor and hired labor involved in finishing trades.
  • Maintain a daily site diary recording manpower levels for finishing trade sub-contractors and note on-site activities.
  • Schedule weekly work programs for finishing trades and review weekly progress reports from the master construction program.
  • Ensure work is carried out to the highest standards and deal with all health and safety issues on site.
  • Motivate laborers and sub-contractors to achieve project goals.
  • Attend Bennett weekly management team meetings and provide clear leadership and direction to the site team.
Requirements:
  • Preferably 5 years of experience as a Finishing Manager.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills.
