Position Overview

As the Deputy Catering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our dining establishment. Your leadership will be essential in delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards across all facets of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and uphold quality standards throughout the restaurant and front-of-house operations.
  • Work closely with the site General Manager to ensure operational alignment.
  • Manage and mentor the front-of-house and hospitality teams.
  • Conduct daily briefings to discuss operational functions and coordinate with back-of-house staff as necessary.
  • Perform weekly inventory assessments.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Address and respond to client and customer feedback effectively.
  • Establish processes that promote operational excellence.
  • Handle financial and departmental administrative tasks.
  • Implement and uphold health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role.
