About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scheme Coordinator to join our team at Two Rivers Housing. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service to our HomePlus tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of our HomePlus schemes, ensuring that all tenants receive a high level of support and service.

  • Provide additional support on health and safety, tenancy issues, community activities, and property adaptations, working closely with partner agencies and in-house teams.

  • Act as the first point of contact for queries and information, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Make regular visits to our communities, organizing events and ensuring that our HomePlus schemes are vibrant, safe, and welcoming environments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication skills, diplomacy, and customer service resolution skills.

  • Understanding of housing policy and practice, as well as relevant landlord and tenant legislation and codes of practice.

  • Ability to work effectively within a team and engage with other teams, partners, and stakeholders to solve problems and find solutions.

  • Minimum of 4 GCSEs, grade C/4 or above, or equivalent, including Maths and English.

  • CIH Level 3 qualification or equivalent (desirable).

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car insured for business use.
