Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scheme Coordinator to join our team at Two Rivers Housing. As a Scheme Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping us provide a warm, safe, and affordable home for our HomePlus tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of housing schemes, providing additional support on health and safety, tenancy issues, community activities, and property adaptations.

  • Work directly with partner agencies, in-house teams, and stakeholders to champion the needs of HomePlus tenants and provide a great customer experience.

  • Make regular visits to our communities, organize events, and ensure our HomePlus schemes are vibrant and safe communities.

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with tenants, partners, and stakeholders to resolve issues and find solutions.

  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer-facing situations, requiring good communication skills, diplomacy, and excellent customer service resolution skills.

  • Understanding of housing policy and practice, as well as landlord and tenant legislation and codes of practice.

  • Ability to work effectively within a team and engage with other teams, partners, and stakeholders to solve problems and find solutions.

  • Minimum of 4 GCSEs, grade C/4 or above or equivalent, including Maths and English.

  • CIH Level 3 qualification or equivalent (desirable).

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car insured for business use.
