We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scheme Coordinator to join our team at Two Rivers Housing. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service to our HomePlus tenants.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of our HomePlus schemes, ensuring that all tenants receive a high level of support and service.
Provide additional support on health and safety, tenancy issues, community activities, and property adaptations, working closely with partner agencies and in-house teams.
Act as the first point of contact for queries and information, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Make regular visits to our communities, organizing events and ensuring that our HomePlus schemes are vibrant, safe, and welcoming environments.
Work effectively with other teams, partners, and stakeholders to solve problems and find the best solutions for our tenants.
Requirements
Experience in customer-facing situations, requiring good communication skills, diplomacy, and excellent customer service resolution skills.
Understanding of housing policy and practice, as well as relevant landlord and tenant legislation and codes of practice.
Ability to work well within a team and engage effectively with others to solve problems and find solutions.
Minimum of 4 GCSEs, grade C/4 or above or equivalent, including Maths and English.
CIH Level 3 qualification or equivalent (desirable).
Full UK driving licence and access to a car insured for business use.
