Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scheme Coordinator to join our team at Two Rivers Housing. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service to our HomePlus tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate various housing schemes, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.

  • Provide support and guidance to tenants on a range of issues, including health and safety, tenancy agreements, and community activities.

  • Work closely with partner agencies, in-house teams, and other stakeholders to champion the needs of our tenants and provide a high level of customer service.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, community groups, and other external partners to promote the services and activities of Two Rivers Housing.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support the delivery of excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of working in a customer-facing role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of housing policy and practice, including landlord and tenant legislation and codes of practice.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade C/4 or above, including Maths and English, or equivalent qualification.

  • CIH Level 3 qualification or equivalent (desirable).

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car insured for business use.
