We are seeking a dedicated Head of People and Culture to enhance our vibrant work environment, reflecting our commitment to service excellence. This role is pivotal in managing the daily operations of our People and Culture department, focusing on the complete employee journey, including onboarding, engagement, recruitment, retention, training, development, and performance management. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this position is based on-site during standard office hours, Monday to Friday.

Successful candidates will become integral members of a dynamic team, collaborating closely with operational staff who bring The Arts Club to life each day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all recruitment and selection processes
  • Promote a culture of training and development for all staff
  • Collaborate with management on performance management initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
  • Stay informed on best practices and propose initiatives to boost employee engagement and well-being
  • Communicate effectively and proactively
  • Assist in managing HR, payroll, and internal communication systems
  • Work collaboratively and independently as needed

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for an experienced Head of People and Culture with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar capacity within the hospitality sector. Experience in private members' clubs is advantageous. To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
