Job Summary:

Service Care Solutions - Construction is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing site and facilities at both operational and strategic levels, including health and safety management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the facilities management function for Family Hubs and other multi-site centers, ensuring a safe, attractive, and vibrant environment for children, families, and professionals.
  • Coordinate the Family Hub Premises Management Plan and direct relevant projects to deliver the best possible environment.
  • Oversee staff on a day-to-day basis, ensuring health and safety compliance, undertaking risk assessments, and implementing policies and guidelines to support a safe service.

Requirements:

  • Experience in management of site and facilities at both operational and strategic levels, including health and safety management.
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation, assessment, and compliance, including COSHH, Hygiene Code, Asbestos, Legionella, Infection Control, Environmental Protection, and Waste Management.
  • Ability to manage expenditure budgets, including financial monitoring procedures and systems, and experience in making financial projections.
  • Successful line management experience, including performance management.
