Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the management of our facilities, ensuring a safe, attractive, and vibrant environment for our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management plan to ensure the efficient maintenance and upkeep of our premises.
- Coordinate and oversee projects to improve the environment and services provided to our clients.
- Manage staff on a day-to-day basis, ensuring health and safety compliance, conducting risk assessments, and overseeing security management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities management, including management of site and facilities at both operational and strategic levels.
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation, assessment, and compliance.
- Ability to manage expenditure budgets and financial monitoring procedures.
- Successful line management experience, including performance management.
