The Workplace Coordinator will be responsible for managing client services across a cluster of regional offices. This role involves regular travel to various locations, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and an engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for day-to-day client needs in designated offices.
- Collaborate with the Workplace Services Team to enhance facilities management.
- Ensure a welcoming and efficient atmosphere for all clients and visitors.
Work Schedule:
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Compensation:
- Annual salary of £29,350
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or facilities management is essential.
- Must be comfortable with regular travel and possess excellent time management skills.
