Join Our Team as a Legal Trading Documentation Analyst

Cer Financial is seeking a skilled Legal Trading Documentation Analyst to join their team in the City of London. As a key member of the Legal & Compliance Department, you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal documentation related to financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain master trading agreements for OTC and exchange-traded derivatives.
  • Create and review IT, service level, and software licence agreements.
  • Draft data licence agreements and legal documentation for company administration.
  • Design and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct research into laws and regulatory requirements and prepare presentations for directors and staff.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on legal documentation for financial products.
  • Financial services experience in a regulated environment is advantageous.
  • A good general education, ideally a law graduate with a 2:1.
