We are seeking an experienced Document Specialist to join our team at SC Staff and Consult. As a Document Specialist, you will be the direct contact for short and quick document-related tasks for Corporate clients within our London office, ensuring smooth intake of work.

You will utilize your document production experience to identify work suitable for the Quick Turn function and personally complete Quick Turn Work (1 hour max estimate).

You will be able to efficiently schedule work and hand over to colleagues where necessary and possess excellent technical skills to respond to queries and troubleshoot tasks.

You will aspire to consistently deliver high-quality services on time, with a focus on responsiveness, client satisfaction, effective client communication, and client service orientation.

You will be able to liaise closely with Document Production and departmental contacts to filter requests as appropriate, as well as utilize a working knowledge of current Document Production and provide quick turnaround service via email and/or an electronic submission tool.

You will be able to utilize client tools and templates in document preparation as required and provide technical document trouble-shooting support as needed within the centre or directly with centre users.

About You

  • Experience of administering and effectively managing your own workflow and workloads within a legal or other professional services environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, able to relay information in a clear and concise manner, take ownership of job owners' needs, and remain professional at all times under pressure.
  • Previous document production experience in a professional services environment.
  • Excellent working knowledge of document production practices and technologies.
  • Ability to troubleshoot tasks and documents alike and communicate well solutions and share knowledge when appropriate.
