We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Consultant to join our Community Paediatrics team at Barts Health NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in community paediatric clinic services, including Child Protection Medical clinics, Neuro-Developmental Clinics, and Special Educational Needs clinics.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to children with complex needs.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of children and families.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in community paediatrics.
- Full registration with the GMC with a licence to practice.
- On the GMC specialist register or within six months of successful completion of UK paediatric training.
- Experience in community child health, neurodisability, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
