Join Our Team: Technical Service Specialist at Ariston Group

Ariston Group, a prominent name in the realm of sustainable thermal solutions, is on the lookout for a Technical Service Specialist to enhance the management of Service Partners across Southern England and Ireland. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Regional Service Managers to ensure adherence to standards, optimize performance, and facilitate the onboarding process for Service Partners.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensure exceptional service delivery across the Ariston product portfolio
  • Provide on-site training to Service Partners regarding product commissioning, servicing, and repairs
  • Assist Regional Service Managers in conducting Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Support complex installation and commissioning tasks
  • Manage technical escalations and perform on-site safety evaluations
  • Foster strong relationships with various internal departments

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience within the heating and renewable energy sector
  • Possession of a full, clean driver's license
  • Proficient in Excel, SAP BI, PowerPoint, and Power BI
