Job Description

Job Title: Field Service Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team at Virgin Media O2. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our network infrastructure, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain network infrastructure, including fiber optic cables and equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
  • Collaborate with the technical team to share knowledge and best practices
  • Document processes and follow company standard procedures and protocols

Requirements:

  • UK Manual driving license with no more than 8 points
  • Ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to find suitable solutions for customers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build great relationships with customers
  • Organized and motivated individual with a customer-focus
