Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at our new Extra Care Scheme in Ash Brow. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live independently and fulfill their potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with medication, meals, and mobility.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support residents with dementia care, including memory stimulation and behavioral support.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
