About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Development Manager to join our team at Reed Business Support Lancaster. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our products' position in the market by working closely with clients to enhance their success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to provide guidance and marketing advice to grow and develop their individual accounts.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse data to provide insights into account performance and recognise market trends.
  • Client Review Materials: Produce client review materials, including statistics, benchmarking, and insights for presentations/reports.
  • Client Presentations: Deliver client reviews in presentation format, both in person and virtually.
  • New Client Onboarding: Onboard new clients and provide launch support.
  • Bespoke Business Cases: Produce bespoke business cases/forecasts.
  • Account Growth: Work with clients and their agencies to grow their accounts.
  • Client Support: Support clients with a variety of day-to-day queries ranging from marketing, reporting, data analysis and compliance.
  • Upselling: Upsell products to clients using a marketing-led approach.
  • Customer Service: Deliver the highest levels of customer service to clients, including email support and coordination of query resolution.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform all administrative duties relating to managing the client accounts, such as data entry and report reissuing.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in marketing, customer success, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • High attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis software.
  • A positive attitude and keen problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel around the UK to visit clients, including occasional overnight stays.
